About Us

It’s our philosophy that everything learned is a stepping-stone. We want children to take away more from their swim lessons than the ability to swim and be safe in the water. We realize it is often one of the first interactions a child has working with a teacher/instructor. We want your child’s swim lessons to be a positive experience and lead to a strong foundation for their future education. Building self-confidence and trust are essential to children learning to love swimming.

All-Star was founded by Brian Oas, a previous competitive swimmer and long-time swim instructor. He created a non-intimidating swim program focusing on children being swim safe and having fun in the water. All-Star is now owned and operated by Brian and his wife Jennifer, bringing a unique background both in competitive swimming, childhood education, and working with special needs children.
